Day 299 – Week 44 – 44 mins

Given it was Valentine’s Day and a romantic lunch was on the cards for later in the day, I knew it was ‘now or never’ when I woke up at 7.30 this morning.

So I forced myself out of bed for my 44 minutes of strength and stretching, listening to a podcast to keep me company.

Then back to bed after a shower for a cup of tea and Valentine’s cards. All benefits of exercise were then thoroughly made null and void after a gorgeous lunch and a huge serve of chocolate bread and butter pudding! Delicious…

Day 298 – Week 44 – 44 mins

Managed to get out and do a proper run today, for all 44 minutes.

It was tough though, and I’m not quite sure why. I guess that sometimes your body wants to co-operate and sometimes it doesn’t!

But I battled through and made it to the end.

Day 297 – Week 44 – 44 mins (5)

Ok – no improvement today.

I don’t want to talk about it.

The sun should be shining tomorrow – I’ll make up for it!

Day 296 – Week 44 – 44 mins (5)

Ok – another early start for work, and it wasn’t possible to get out for a run before it got light.

So – that meant hitting the bosu. But – due to a chronic case of needing to sleep in, I only left myself about five minutes to do it…

C’est La Vie!

Day 295 – Week 44 – 44 mins (22)

I had to be out the door very early this morning, so went for a half version of my strength and stretching routine.

This meant that all the exercises I normally do for one minute, I did for 30 seconds instead, so that way I still got through everything.

Actually, it was quite good fun, it hardly felt like I was doing much at all. That’s the one advantage of being at 44 minutes – doing 22 feels like a breeze!
