Day 283 – Week 42 – 42 mins

42 mins strength and stretching under my belt for the day.

I have to say, I am very impressed you are still standing by me as I get to the business end of this experiment. Exercise is boring enough to do let alone having to listen to someone talk about it, so believe me, your support has not gone unnoticed.

Day 282 – Week 42 – 42 mins

Week 42….just one more minute than in Week 41.

I think I can, I think I can, I think I can……

Exercise is all well and good, but gosh, it does take up a lot of time. Nevertheless, I got myself out of bed and into the park and did my 42 minutes.
