Day 281 – Week 41 – 41mins
I’ve done it!
A full week with a perfect record, a massive 287 minutes!
As you can tell, I am feeling smug and proud – and believe it or not, I feel I can keep it going for the next 83 days.
People have to do stuff that is SO much harder than this, just to get through the day – so why on earth wouldn’t I be able to do what is actually a pretty simple thing – getting up and jigging about for less than an hour a day?
This is what I have to be thinking if I find myself wimping out…

Day 280 – Week 41 – 41 mins
The weekend at last, but no rest for the wicked.
I still had to get myself up and out to the park pretty early, due to some mid-morning commitments….
41 mins though, under my belt. One more day, and I will be super proud of myself….

Day 279 – Week 41 – 41 mins
Still going strong. 41 mins of strength and stretching….I’m planning on having myself a perfect record this week (she says, touching wood!).

Day 278 – Week 41 – 41 mins
Oh my goodness, I can’t believe I have nearly completed a full working week of exercising 41 minutes a day. I think it is highly possible I haven’t done this much exercise in one week since I was about 17!
The weather was fine this morning and I got myself out to the park. Even more importantly, it gets light about two minutes earlier each day, which believe it or not, is begining to make quite a difference to my mornings. I actually love getting up early, but find it difficult if it is not light.
So, I am now able to pop out at around 7.30 in the morning, which is a vast improvement on the super dark December days…

Day 277 – Week 41 – 41 mins
Still going strong. Another 41 minutes of strength and stretching in the can.
I’m not sure what’s happened – but something has clicked over in my brain where I appear to be determined to do my full amount of minutes each day.
But I have to admit – I think it is because I know I’m in the home stretch….
Whatever…lets just hope it lasts – and that the weather is good in the morning…
