Day 259 – Week 38 – 38 mins (1)

I wasn’t feeling well today – and no, before you ask, it wasn’t a hangover!

But it was enough to keep me from doing the jigging about I would have liked to have done. So, I just did the one minute and cut my losses.

Day 258 – Week 38 – 38 mins

Yep. That’s a full 38 minutes of strengthening and stretching today, new headphones on, listening to webinars. I LOVE being able to combine my exercise with other pursuits.

I realised it’s been a good while since I’ve done the full quota of this, and so I was pretty surprised that I felt quite a bit stronger than last time I did some of these exercises – like the dreaded Plank. I certainly wouldn’t say it was easy, but it wasn’t quite the struggle it normally is.

Maybe the little rest did me some good.
