Day 300 – Week 45 – 45 mins (5)

Right – well, don’t expect anything impressive this week. I have a load of things on which means if I manage to get any exercise done at all I will be pretty proud of myself.

So this morning I did five minutes on the bosu. That’s it. But it’s something. And something is better than nothing.

Day 299 – Week 44 – 44 mins

Given it was Valentine’s Day and a romantic lunch was on the cards for later in the day, I knew it was ‘now or never’ when I woke up at 7.30 this morning.

So I forced myself out of bed for my 44 minutes of strength and stretching, listening to a podcast to keep me company.

Then back to bed after a shower for a cup of tea and Valentine’s cards. All benefits of exercise were then thoroughly made null and void after a gorgeous lunch and a huge serve of chocolate bread and butter pudding! Delicious…

Day 298 – Week 44 – 44 mins

Managed to get out and do a proper run today, for all 44 minutes.

It was tough though, and I’m not quite sure why. I guess that sometimes your body wants to co-operate and sometimes it doesn’t!

But I battled through and made it to the end.
