Day 311 – Week 46 – 46 mins (46)
Ooooh, it was touch and go today.
I woke up early, decided to go for a run, got up, had a look at the rain pouring down and got back into bed.
But finally, at aroun 2.00pm the rain stopped for the first time this week, and I managed to get out – and boy, was there some mud in the park.
But if felt good to go for a proper run. Though I have to say, only getting out once a week has its effects. My heart rate shoots up much more quickly, and doesn’t get itself down as well as it did before when I do the walking bits. Amazing how quickly your body loses any of its previous gains…

Day 310 – Week 46 – 46 mins (46)
I had the day off today, so could allow myself to work my way through my 46 minutes of strength and stretching, without having to worry about getting myself to work on time.
Quite the luxury…..
Now, if I was just a lady of leisure every day, well, it would be easy wouldn’t it….

Day 309 – Week 46 – 46 mins (20)
Another quick jig around the living room this morning, while watching online fitness videos.
I actually found it quite tough.
For so long, I’ve been doing interval based cardio, where I run for three minutes and walk for one – so when I tried to do 20 minutes of continuous step aerobics I really felt it.
So – don’t think I can actually describe myself as anywhere near fit yet!

Day 308 – Week 46 – 46 mins (23)
Another early start – so went for the double time strength and stretching routine today – doing all my exercises for 30 seconds instead of one minute. The result it takes just 23 minutes instead of 43!
It’s great fun. How good it is for me, I don’t know!

Day 307 – Week 46 – 46 mins (20)
Early starts at work again this week, so just 20 minutes this morning of jigging about.
It’s just so wet and miserable outside there’s not a chance of going for a run, so jigging about in the living room was required. I have found this great website with free exercise videos which is very useful when you can’t get outside.
So I just found myself a ’step’ video, used the bosu as the step, and jigged away…
