Day 168 – Week 25 – 25 mins (10)

Not good. Woke up this morning with a sore back/side thingamajiggy. I can’t really explain where/how it hurts, but it does.

I decided to just do some gentle stretching for about ten minutes, enough to make sure I don’t seize up, and not so much that it can do any damage.

Lets hope things are much better tomorrow….
