Day 147 – Week 22 – 22 mins (5)

Not a particularly impressive performance this morning, which I blame on unfamiliar ground.

Am staying in an apartment in Berlin, and slept later than I intended, so had little time before I got myself off to work.

I  managed five minutes of my strength/stretching exercises before going on my way…just enough to stay in touch with the exercise plan. But to make up for it, I am staying in an apartment on the fourth floor with no lifts, so at least I am getting a decent amount of exercise walking up and down those steps – especially with a heavy suitcase!
