Day 122 – Week 18 – 18 mins

Well – you’ve been hearing a lot about me lately. How I’ve been trying to juggle exercise with visitors and holidays and all those other millions of excuses we can come up with as to why we should put off our jigging about until tomorrow. But what about you?

If you’ve been following this blog for a while, then you have some kind of hankering for exercise, even if you haven’t quite got round to it yet. Are you like me? Do you go exploring on the internet to try and find Youtube videos on the bosu, to come up with new bosu exercise ideas – watch them for a while – and somehow feel that means you’ve already done it? Do you watch Jamie Oliver and feel as if you’ve cooked a banquet? Do you read this blog and there’s just this little part of you that feels like you’ve done the minutes yourself?

It’s not enough you know. Whether we like it or not, exercise is a part of life. And you know me – given a choice, I’d swap exercise for a good book and a lie in a hammock under a shady tree anyday. But it’s not good enough. We have to move. And this is what onegoaloneminute is all about.

Come on – get started with your one minute – or join me at 18 minutes, I don’t care. Just move. I did my 18 minutes this morning – I’m hoping you did too…
