Day 87 – Week 13 – 13 mins
This morning I tackled my strength workout with enthusiasm. Surprisingly I didn’t have any aches and pains after my extra abs last time – so this time, I worked a little less tentatively on them.
Unfortunately now – a couple of hours later, after breakfast and a cup of tea – I’m feeling very sleepy. Not always a good thing when you need to get yourself off to work! This is probably due to staying up far too late the night before, rather than anything to do with this morning’s exertion.
Think I’ll just give my eyes a little rest…..
