Thanks Jayadeep - I will have to check it out.
Yep - going to do my best to keep this going through winter, though some of it will have to be jumping around on the bosu inside the house when the weather is rubbish.

Well done you! Thought I'd pop by your site and see how it's going. Can't believe you're already at 14 minutes. Good luck. You've nearly hit the 100 day mark.

Thank you again, Suzi, for spreading your message to the readers of http://creatingabetterlife.net - it struck a positive chord with many of them, which I knew would happen, and was happy to see! :)

Excellent that you are still on track Mareike.
Interesting what you say about trying to do it with perfect form. I was thinking about that the other day. When you start as small as we have been doing, I think you to tend to think a little bit more about exactly how you do the exercise, and trying to be 'present' as you do it, getting it right - rather than rushing through an hour-long workout etc.

Hi Suzi,
so, I am only on week 2 of my pushups. And although I am only up to 6 now, I have to say that I think it does make a difference. I have been trying to perform them with perfect form, going as low and slow as I can. I don't think I have ever done a proper pushup in my life before. And even though I struggled with number 6 today, I can tell that I am getting stronger.
So...let's keep at it. We can only be minutes away from becoming superwomen!

Mmmm. Those are pretty impressive excuses. I'm thinking doing the deed first thing in the morning is the best way around it - before it gets too hot! And as for the kids - you may have to exercise with them. How about one minute of running around with a ball. Use a timer. Kids love timers!! Then as you add a minute each time, hopefully you get to the point where you are exhausting them before you run out of steam yourself. Worth a try!!

What if you live in sunny, tropical North Queensland, Aust (and I don't mean to sound conceited, not one little bit.....or sarcastic, for that matter!) and you only like to exercise outdoors but it's too bloody hot and sunny and you're worried about the pigmentation on your face that you got while pregnant with the two bloody children who make you too tired to exercise anyway?

PS. I've tried hats but am not overly happy with them :)

Suzie - I have been inspired and here is my idea. Since I quite like to exercise at longer stretches occasionally, the \'one minute increased\' approach does not work for me. But there is one thing that I just cannot do and I think it would be good for me: push-ups. So I will join you my doing push-ups every morning, increasing it by one each week. Did four today...

Keep it up,
