Day 24 – Week 4 – 4 mins

Four minutes with the medicine ball and resistance strap again. It’s all becoming quite routine and find myself getting up and doing it without really thinking too much about it. Best way to be really. You don’t want to think too hard or you’ll talk your way out of it!

Am definitely getting a little bit of definition in my arms, though it will be some time before they are Madonnaesque I should think. And I do believe my legs are feeling stronger. I really put that down to even just a few minutes on the bosu – it seems to work almost instantly.
