Day 350 – Week 50 – 50 mins (30)

Oh my goodness – have just realised I only have 15 days to go.

Of course, it doesn’t feel quite as satisfying as it would have done if I’d managed to keep up with the programme and was happily running for a full 50 minutes every day, but I am still pretty pleased with myself for keeping going despite the setbacks.

Today – I quite happily pottered along with 30 minutes of stretching and strengthening. I am beginning to think the stretching might be the most important part of all this….after a few days off any attempt to touch my toes reminds me I am not a 21-year old anymore. Who know how rubbish I’d be if I stopped stretching at all……
