		<description>Suzie - I have been inspired and here is my idea. Since I quite like to exercise at longer stretches occasionally, the \&#039;one minute increased\&#039; approach does not work for me. But there is one thing that I just cannot do and I think it would be good for me: push-ups. So I will join you my doing push-ups every morning, increasing it by one each week. Did four today...
