Day 295 – Week 44 – 44 mins (22)

I had to be out the door very early this morning, so went for a half version of my strength and stretching routine.

This meant that all the exercises I normally do for one minute, I did for 30 seconds instead, so that way I still got through everything.

Actually, it was quite good fun, it hardly felt like I was doing much at all. That’s the one advantage of being at 44 minutes – doing 22 feels like a breeze!
