Day 290 – Week 43 – 43 mins
Feeling good…getting up, doing a bit of warming up, a bit of a ballet barre, a bit of handweights, a few push ups, a few abs, some lunges and a bit of stretching….
43 minutes all in all…..and feeling good and strong….
And what’s more…it’s a damn site cheaper than a gym membership.
So far so good….
