Day 266 – Week 39 – 39 mins (1)

Oh God, I just couldn’t do it this morning. I couldn’t get out of bed and go for a run. In fact, I had to force myself to get out of bed at all.

It’s reaaally cold here and the prospect of going outside in -4 degrees just had me crawling back down into the covers.

So – a complete failure in the cardio department today really – just a desultory one minute on the bosu so I could say I had done something.

And it’s just going to get worse this week. The weather bureau is saying the UK could be having its coldest winter in 100 years, and it’s now snowing.

The gods are obviously well and truly testing my resolve!!
