Day 245 – Week 36 – 36 mins (10)

After my great start to the week yesterday, today’s performance was very lacklustre. Only ten mins of stretching and strengthening.

I am obviously quite bored with all this exercise business now that I have reached the tough end of it all. And it’s Christmas! The last thing I want to be doing is thinking about health and well-being.

Any suggestions on keeping the motivation up?
