Day 207 – Week 30 – 30 mins (1)

OK – had to go for the bare minimum this morning I’m afraid – just the one minute.

It was through no lack of will on my part, just a complete lack of time. It was the last day of a big project at work, and I knew I had to get in there as early as humanly possible otherwise I’d still be stuck there at midnight.

But never let it be said that I haven’t done my 1 minute. It was a fast and furious jumping about on the bosu, then into the shower and off to work.

You know how it is  – when a girl’s gotta work, she’s gotta work. I tried to make up for it by walking up the escalators in the underground. Not quite the same I guess….
