Day 202 – Week 29 – 29 mins

This morning was one of those great mornings where I woke up nice and early, fully refreshed.  You can see it happens so rarely that it is worth noting!

So, in the spirit of the moment, I got myself out of bed at around 7.30 (well – that is early for a Sunday!!) and did my strengthening for 29 mins, that back into bed with a cup of tea for me and my fella. Bliss. The whole day ahead of me without thinking about the fact I had to exercise.
