Day 7 – Week 1 – 1 minute

Well. We’ve done it. One whole week of exercising every day. Don’t be put off by the tiny amount of exercise it is each day, it is breaking a huge psychological barrier to get up, get your little outfit on, put on the shoes and put your hair up each and every morning of the week, even when away on an overnight trip. If you’ve done it with me, you should be proud.

Today it was back on the bosu for a minute. And I still weigh 146 pounds (66 kgs).

Tomorrow – we’re doubling the workload….
