Day 29 – Week 5 – 5 mins
Ok – so I get ridiculously excited when I move on to a new week and get to add another minute. Will I be feeling like this at Week 38 I wonder? And five minutes feels like a milestone. Five minutes means I have completed the Warm-Up phase of what will eventually be a 52 minute routine…..more on this in a separate post to come.
But for today – I successfully completed five minutes on the bosu – and felt justifiably proud of myself as I soldier on…..
